有时候想提升自己的英文写作水准，但是刻意的场景化练习（指专门花时间或打开某个 App 去写英文）很难做到，但平时和 GPT 对话很多，要问他很多问题，所以加了这样一段 Custom instructions ，让 GPT 在回答问题之前先检查我的问题本身有没有语法问题，潜移默化的提升英文水平。当然 Custom instructions 不止这一个用途，还可以加更多的条件。
