To ensure our customers’ privacy and account safety, we are obligated to run routine checks on accounts and transactions. We recently identified a breach of the Terms & Conditions of our agreement which means that, given the current circumstances, we can no longer maintain our business relationship. For this reason, we are terminating your N26 account pursuant to Paragraph 4.2.2 of the Terms and Conditions of the N26 Deposit Account. This termination is effective as of: 03.09.2026 Until that date your account will only be partially operational: You are not able to receive incoming transfers anymore. From the date of the account closure you will not be able to use the N26 app, your bank account or associates card(s) anymore.
